LSR will include by the following activity areas: a space for the exhibition of Cars and Motorcycles [Historic, Military and Sports cars], Leiria Expo Auto - Car Brands, outside [Stadium Car Park] and a space mainly for the sale of components for cars and motorcycles, professional exhibitors of antique vehicles, as well as for the represented Clubs and Organisation. We will make available an outdoor park for Clubs that wish to visit LSR with their Members.

2.1. LEIRIA SOBRE RODAS is an event dedicated to historic vehicles - antique vehicle theme, so the Organisation reserves the right not to authorize the exhibition of specific contents which do not relate to the nature of the event.

3.1. This includes a space equipped with a 10mx5m gable tent, without platform and sides, measuring 50m2. As an alternative, the space may be rented only for the installation of the stand, which is of the entire responsibility of the exhibitor, and should include, if necessary, electrical panel, furniture and signage; as well as, in applicable cases, an area for the exhibition of vehicles;

3.2. Due to the technical characteristics of the venue, all information must be coordinated in due time with the organisation.

4.1. The stand must remain open to visitors during the show's opening hours and must be manned by staff who shall be under the responsibility of the exhibitor;

4.2. Exhibitors authorise the organisation to use all the images and/or film footage done during the event for use in books, magazines, posters, displays, billboards and other media, without limitation as to time, territory, number of copies, means and modes of reproduction, display, dissemination and audiovisual transmission;

4.3. The cleaning of the stands is of the responsibility of the exhibitor and must be carried out daily and finished by the time the exhibition opens. There are containers in the exhibition grounds where rubbish may be deposited;

4.4. If any unforeseen circumstances or cases of force majeure prevent this initiative from taking place, delay its opening, or cause changes to its schedule, the Exhibitors may not claim any compensation.

5.1. It must be done at the Secretariat (NERLEI Car Park near the roundabout with access to the Stadium), before entering the Municipal Stadium Dr. Magalhães Pessoa or occupying the commercial space [indoor/outdoor], on the days and times defined above for assemblage;

5.2. The vehicles must wait for the indication for accreditation, on the road with access to the stadium next to the NERLEI building | North. Participants must be in possession of the information confirming their registration in this event;

5.3. It will be at this time that the participant will be indicating where the exhibition area is;

5.4. The organisation will issue free of charge personal and non-transferable passes for exhibitors and personnel providing services at the stands, valid for the duration of the event, up to a limit of 10 per stand.

6.1. Leiria Sobre Rodas has its own parking spaces for the exhibitors' service vehicles and classic vehicles of visitors coming to the event;

6.2. The use of Parking Pass attributed to the registered Exhibitors is compulsory during the use of spaces at Leiria Sobre Rodas and according to the criteria defined by the Organisation;

6.3. The Parking Pass will be awarded according to the following criteria:
Leiria Expo Auto - 2 Parking Passes, 5 Test-drives/outdoor space;
Exhibition of Historic Cars - 1 Parking Pass, to be given to classic and super-sports cars visiting the event.

30 invitations per exhibitor/space.

The organisation guarantees surveillance service during the opening and closing periods of LEIRIA SOBRE RODAS. However, it is not responsible for the disappearance of or damage to the vehicles on display.
